Brandon has recently joined E2 through the Kickstart scheme as a Youth Worker Assistant. He discovered this opportunity through his work search journey.

When asked why he chose the position Brandon commented: "This role really appealed to me because I am a young carer in my family for my siblings. During my time here I want to learn many new skills to help with my anxiety and to develop my social skills."

Brandon is passionate about art, video games, and literature. He feels his personal skills can be developed whilst on this placement, to help him with future work opportunities. He aims to learn new workplace skills whilst working diligently for E2.
